Welcome to Cerva Cleaning Services (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or using our cleaning services, you (“client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
We provide residential, commercial, move-in/move-out, school, and restaurant cleaning services.
Services will be delivered according to the details agreed upon at the time of booking.
Any changes or additional requests must be communicated in advance and may result in adjusted pricing.
2. Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Access to Property
Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time.
If cleaners cannot access the property due to locked doors, alarms, or other issues, the visit may be considered a cancellation and a fee may apply.
4. Payments & Fees
Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.
5. Client Responsibilities
Please secure valuable, fragile, or sentimental items before scheduled cleaning.
Notify us in advance of any special cleaning requirements, allergies, or safety concerns.
Cerva Cleaning Services is not responsible for damage to items that were not disclosed as fragile or requiring special care.
6. Liability & Insurance
We carry general liability insurance to protect against accidents or damage caused by our team.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damages, wear and tear, or improper installation of household fixtures.
Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of the service.
7. Health & Safety
For the safety of our team, we do not clean areas affected by hazardous materials, mold, pest infestations, or biohazards.
Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe working environment during cleaning.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address and resolve the issue.
Our satisfaction guarantee does not cover areas not included in the original service agreement.
9. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with written notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services for unsafe conditions, non-payment, or inappropriate behavior toward staff.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website or provided upon request.
